Secretary [Indonesia]


 

Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate of Directors appointments for meeting schedules, board meetings and conference
  • Collaboration with functional leaders in some project activities as requested
  • Make minutes of the meeting results
  • Perform administrative recording and storage of important documents
  • Communicate to the relevant parties related to the director's agenda
  • Reminding the director's work schedule and important matters that must be followed up by the director

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years similar experience
  • Proficient in english is a must (speaking, writing, listening)
  • good interpersonal and good communication skill with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Fast respond, well-organized, energetic, and self-driven
  • Capable to handle multiple tasks at the same time and result oriented
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Good knowledge in filing/indexing document
  • Having knowledge in the field of law will be an advantage
  • Willing to work in North Jakarta (Kapuk Kamal)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rp5,000,000 per month
