YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support to users of all levels, including resolving software and hardware issues, configuring user accounts, and setting up new devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and server problems.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Document IT processes and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT support.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and applications.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Fluent english is required. French & Dutch would be a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
