This position is specifically for Ukrainian citizens who will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our valued clients.
Position: Russian-Speaking Customer Representative
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our Russian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance with their account-related activities.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling a high volume of client interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information, resolve issues, and offer solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic financial services environment.
- Must be a Ukrainian citizen with a valid residence permit.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (local time).
Compensation:
- The salary will be based on US dollars.
- In addition to the fixed salary, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on your performance and achievements in customer service.
Location:
- Our office is located in Maslak, Turkey, providing a modern and stimulating work atmosphere.
