Key Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Record, analyze, and report production data.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
- Adjust equipment.
- Set up and change over equipment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in any manufacturing industry is a plus.
Key Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to operate CNC machines and other types of metal shop production equipment.
- Ability to analyze information and concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
- Ability to identify key details.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Creative thinking and idea generation.
- Light manufacturing experience.
- Ability to communicate information clearly.
Working Conditions:
- Metal shop environment.
- Able to lift to 40 pounds.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
