We are looking for an enthusiastic Strategy Consultant to join our central cybersecurity team and support our global strategy development and implementation initiatives. In this role, you will directly work with the Global Head of Cybersecurity Strategy to lay the foundation for the future cybersecurity posture of Siemens.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity plans to support and align with organizational and business strategies and digitalization initiatives.
- Work with senior management to supervise and report on the progress, performance, and outcomes of projects.
- Lead strategy community meetings with colleagues in related corporate and business functions.
- Stay abreast of current developments in the cybersecurity landscape to remain closely informed about market and technology trends.

Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, industrial engineering, or a related field, masters or higher degree is a plus
- Several years of professional experience with a focus on strategy, consulting, or technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate at various levels of the organization.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of initiative
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
