Role Description:
This role will be responsible for managing the e-commerce platform and its operations from listing products to fulfilling products shipment. Furthermore, candidate will also need to maintain good relationships with new and existing customer and to recommended suitable products based on customer needs. This role requires candidate to work independently in the office and to engage with customer effectively.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above
2. 18-30 years old
3. Interested in e-commerce and wedding decorations industry
4. Strong learning ability, able to work independently
5. Familiar with Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
1. Manage e-commerce platform orders
2. Daily order and delivery processing
3. Organize warehouse goods
4. Update new products on major e-commerce platforms
5. Manage the consultation and feedback from the e-commerce platform
6. Maintain customer relationship and recommend suitable products

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
