Our vibrant analytics community is looking for a data-hungry, discovery-obsessed CRM analyst. In this role you will pair up with the CRM team to translate user data into insights and opportunities for product development. You get to play with petabytes of data, a sophisticated and advanced data stack - and help define the future development of the biggest online classifieds platform in Europe to be a product that customers love.

You would be a part of a high-performing and diverse team with 10 nationalities, and will be collaborating closely with other product functions working on our key product flows, as well as with Data Science, Data Engineering, and the CRM managers all across Europe.

What you will be doing:
  • Pair up with the CRM Managers and leadership to set success metrics that describe product success
  • Create dashboards to monitor the performance of these metrics and success
  • Help CRM managers understand key user journeys and build efficient re-engagement campaigns
  • Transform data from various sources into clear insights to support informed decision-making for Marketers and CRM managers, as well as product stakeholders
  • Define hypotheses based on your data, set up and conduct A/B tests
  • Work closely with software and data engineers to make sure we collect proper data that supports decision-making
  • Collaborate with other teams to enable them to implement strong go-to-market strategies for new capabilities being developed across the product, through marketing insights

What will it take:
  • At least 2 years of analytical experience in a digital environment (preferably but not necessarily in CRM, Marketing or Web analytics)
  • You are a keen explorer and love turning data into a story or and insight that points to the “why” behind the “what is happening”
  • Have experience setting metrics and finding baselines for them and communicating them in and outside of the team
  • You are familiar with data visualization tools and concepts (previous experience with Tableau appreciated)
  • SQL is your second language (we welcome PL-SQL, MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL or any other dialect).
  • You are familiar with the concept of experimentation
  • You are a solid team player with an ability to independently assess and prioritize your tasks
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
