Key Tasks
- Receiving a full set of payment requests to file, and storing them in a proper manner daily.
- Keeping physical/online documents organized and monitoring for easy retrieval of data upon request.
- Follow up with related stakeholders (vendors, end users, procurement team…) regarding the status of pending documents which have not been received.
- Making scanned documents and placing them in SharePoint/Folder for payable accountants and other admin tasks.
- Sending/receiving account payable balance confirmations.

Requirements:
- University/College Degree in Accounting/ Administration
- From 2 years of working experience
- Well communication and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills, digitalization mindset.
- English: Reading & Writing (Advanced)
- Hard-working. Detailed oriented.
- Computer skills basic in Ms. Offices. (Word, Excel)
Benefits:
- Duration: 12 months
- Gross salary 17mil vnd + 13rd salary + insurance 24/7+ performance bonus (to be decide in year end)
- Annual Leave: 12 days per calendar year.
- OT: as per labor regulation.
