The Station Head - Pickups (SH) is the person-in-charge of their respective hubs and first
mile operations. Station Heads ensure that the hub meet the target Key Results Area of each
hub such as but not limited to Cost Per Parcel, Pick-up / RTS success rates, and Customer
Satisfaction.
The Station Head also monitors the performance of all the Assistant Station Heads and
ensures that the hub is properly staffed during extended / weekend operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 of experience in the supply chain/logistics industry
- Proven experience in working cross-functionally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration
- Experience in supervising a team
- Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
- Prior experience with a start-up and a logistics company is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
