JOB DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting a Sales Advisor M/W on a permanent contract for 35 hours a week for our store in Anwerp (Belgium)
Your missions will be diverse and will include welcoming, advising and developing the loyalty of our customers, as well as receiving and processing merchandise, while ensuring the proper maintenance of the sales area. Versatility is the key word!
In this context, your main missions are to :
- Welcome each customer and offer them a personalized and unforgettable experience
- Advise and develop a sales pitch adapted to the needs of your customers
- Develop loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
- Develop the turnover of the shop and achieve your personal objectives
- Respect Jonak's visual identity and apply our merchandising policy
- Ensure that the stand is properly maintained (maintenance, tidying, receipt of goods, etc.)
- Participate in the opening and closing of the shop.
