Plan and coordinate strategic projects aimed at enhancing purchase, production, and sales efficiencies, reducing cost, and increasing market share.
Build relationships with stakeholders, such as local waste collectors and waste recyclers.
Evaluate business performance by analyzing finances and identifying areas for improvement.
Require occasional travel to understand the business sense in some of our production facilities in West Java, East Java, and Bali (all costs covered by the company).
Min. Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business/ Management, Finance, and other relevant studies;
Have experience from the same field at least 1 year, has experience in a startup company is a plus;
Tech literate;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills.
