Team Leader
Your responsibilities
- Independent management of the Shop and the team of agents, with responsibility for revenues, results and personnel.
- Coaching and mentoring of real estate agents in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Acquisition and supervision of clients and properties.
- Preparation and holding of sales presentations.
- Conducting competitive analysis and primary research of the market - keeping the sales team updated of internal knowledge.
- Contributing in creation of marketing plans.
- Implementing the sales strategies plans.
- Participating in the recruitment of new real estate agents.
- Bachelor degree or Diploma (Business studies will be considered a plus).
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of the German language will be considered a plus.
- Computer literacy.
- Verified professional experience in the real estate sector with the
