A human resources (HR) assistant handles the daily administrative and HR duties of our client. Includes recruitment, record maintenance, payroll processing and provide clerical support to all employees.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Issuance of HR letters and documentation, filling.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
