Job Overview Operations Manager x 2 (S.Dublin) Storage Solutions Our client a leading storage solution provider is expanding their facilities in South Dublin and seeking to recruit 2 x Operations Managers over 2 new sites , 5 days over 7 Operations Manager Full Operational control of the branch to include staff, H&S, revenue, banking, invoices, and revenue collection Advising customers on the best solution for their particular needs, including selling merchandise and insurance Understanding unit availability for the branch, and demand for storage e.g. seasonal and unit sizes. Working closely with the Sales Director and maintenance team to inform store configuration for profitability. Lead the way in setting the store and operational standards and ensuring that they are maintained. Leading and motivating the store team through coaching and providing constructive feedback in order to enhance performance. Requirements - Operations Manager Managerial Retail or Hospitality background in a customer-facing environment and experience in face-to-face and telephone consultative sales is essential. A track record as a Store Manager who delivers results through excellent people management. Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the levers that impact revenue. Excellent customer service skills, coupled with the ability to perform office admin duties Excellent communication skills - communicate with customers about their needs, challenges and manage complaints when necessary.
