The NSPCC's mission is to end cruelty to children. Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. We all share it. And it drives our Income Generation team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse. Between 2016 and 2021, we've helped make 6.6 We are looking to significantly grow our income in new and innovative ways. To achieve this growth, we need the very best team in place to deliver to ambitious targets million children safer from abuse. The Gift Aid Officer is a key role within the Income Generation Directorate. Join us at this exciting time and you'll become part of an expanding team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with.

The key aspects of the role are;

  • To maximise Gift Aid from all NSPCC fundraising activities.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end processing of Gift Aid.
  • Ensure the NSPCC remains compliant with all Gift Aid regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring Gift Aid levels and performance across Income Generation teams.

The essential knowledge and experience needed;

  • Able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Gift Aid legislation/compliance.
  • Experience of carrying out a range of complex activities requiring a detailed understanding of procedures, techniques and specialist skills
  • Excellent communication skills, you'll be able to communicate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders and be confident in delivering presentations.
