Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
- Participating in the operational product management including: product designing, product execution, product performance management.
- Participating to define features, pricings and offers under the Fintech's lending platform approach.
Product and Business Performance
- Undertake the financial models for budgets and P&Ls of products.
- Drive end to end product development, start with idea initiation, writing high quality product requirements, product grooming, assisting on development and testing, identify and define key metrics to measure product performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure that our product remains competitive.
- Coordinate with Operations to design and be responsible for end-to-end operation processes of product focusing on seamless and frictionless user journey and best possible user experience.
- Working closely with many types of stakeholders, including engineering, designer, analysts, data science, risk, others division to implement new features and enhancements.
- Help QA team to validate the quality of released features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Prioritize product features and development initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.
Job Requirement
- 4+ years experience in SME banking or retail banking product management. Banking / Finance / Business degree and equivalent functional.
- Experience/ Machine Learning, Data Science, Credit Score.
- Product management skill, Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology
- Strong product management experience gained at a technology company or comparable experience.
- Expertise in fraud risk management for SME/B2B lending
- Effective problem-solving skills under pressure with a strong sense of customer empathy and rapid & precise responses.
- Hard-working with enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong technical background with good knowledge of APIs and retail applications. Experience in working with an engineering team.
- Good at Vietnamese and English (writing and verbal communication).
