Our client is an industrial company expanded its Shared Service Center.

Descrição

  • Prepare & process journal entries (requests);
  • Identify and calculate provisions and exceptions to standard bookings;
  • Prepare and run month-end routines (flash report, revaluations, allocations & depreciations);
  • Perform general account reconciliations;
  • Perform consistency checks and post necessary adjustments;
  • Provide input for internal and external reporting;
  • Maintain documentation to support the audit process;
  • Respond to questions from entities and other SSC departments regarding general accounting matters;
  • Support Controlling team to explain variations;
  • Assets management;
  • Travel and Expenses management;
  • Prepare and submit the statistical reports;
  • Prepare the Financial Statements monthly and yearly.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/Economy or equivalent field of study is required
  • At least 4 years of experience in general accounting performing financial closing
  • Experience in a shared services environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken mandatory)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP
