Our client is an industrial company expanded its Shared Service Center.
Descrição
- Prepare & process journal entries (requests);
- Identify and calculate provisions and exceptions to standard bookings;
- Prepare and run month-end routines (flash report, revaluations, allocations & depreciations);
- Perform general account reconciliations;
- Perform consistency checks and post necessary adjustments;
- Provide input for internal and external reporting;
- Maintain documentation to support the audit process;
- Respond to questions from entities and other SSC departments regarding general accounting matters;
- Support Controlling team to explain variations;
- Assets management;
- Travel and Expenses management;
- Prepare and submit the statistical reports;
- Prepare the Financial Statements monthly and yearly.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/Economy or equivalent field of study is required
- At least 4 years of experience in general accounting performing financial closing
- Experience in a shared services environment is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken mandatory)
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP
