What YOU will be doing:
- Support in planning and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns, with elements including webinars, communications, and social media campaigns
- Support efforts around customer engagement, advocacy, retention, and expansion
- Manage and support development and execution of key customer marketing deliverables, including monthly newsletter
- Audit and maintain critical customer advocacy programs including customer testimonials, case studies, and referral program
- Support the Customer Marketing team in the development of processes and new initiatives
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather applicable data at key touchpoints
- Undertake any necessary administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Success will come if you are/have:
- Pursuing a degree in either Marketing or Communications or another relevant field, or you are a recent college graduate
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Expertise in converting complex data findings into tables, graphs and/or data visualizations
- Strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Experience with Adobe suite preferred but not required
