The Analyst role is critical to the future success of the Nordic business because it is about turning category trends and insights into commercial reality.
Your role covers the five Nordics markets and both the On- and Off-Trade channels creating an exciting and dynamic scope. The role will provide crucial insights, support data analysis of large datasets, building and automating visualization tools that facilitate efficiency, scalability, and insights into our Nordics team. Your analytical work will be the basis for the strategic recommendations you provide to the sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to analyse both Off Trade sales data (from Systembolaget (SWE), Vinmonopolet (NO), Alko (FI), and Nielsen (DK)) and On Trade data sets from our wholesalers. You will be comprising monthly updates on how our brands are performing based on data from the Off Trade outlets.
- The analyst is also responsible to analyse all available On Trade wholesale data in Sweden and Norway to understand how we are performing, where we are stronger, and uncover any opportunities/threats in the On Trade Market.
- Support the Brand Managers and Sales Managers to measure and evaluate different investments in the Off Trade market and On Trade market, and feedback on the results and key learnings to the team. This includes working closely with the senior leadership team by presenting data-driven learnings and continuous improvement for decision-making.
- Own and manage the Asseco systems including all system administration, field sales support and central reporting. This includes support of end-of-year reviews and deliver training and support materials for existing and new users.
- Support on processes and projects, including but not limited to: Automate data entry in Power BI reports.
Skills and Experience
- Have great communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Swedish.
- You have excellent analysing skills and are used to analyse large data sets. Comfortable distilling large data sets into a concise, action-oriented analysis and presentation. Plus, if you have had a similar role as a sales analyst.
- You are an advanced user in Excel, VBA, Access.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI. Experience in setting up new Power BI projects and SAP Customer and Materials Master Data is considered a plus.
- Advantageous if you have experience with the Off Trade monopoly markets and/or On Trade wholesale data.
- You’re a team player and are comfortable in a high-pace work environment.
- You have an interest in data and analytics and are very analytical and curious.
- You are a very accurate and methodical in your work and you work well under conflicting priorities and deadlines.
