Location: Coventry Distribution Centre, CV3 4PB

Job Type: Full-Time, permanent

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £11.48 per hour


WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

Menzies Distribution are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team. You’ll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers. Providing a first-class service with our team in Coventry, this role is based on a basic 40-hour week working Monday to Friday.


WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES

  • Manage the flow of information regarding the status of stock
  • Create reports to track stock movements
  • Communicate potential production changes/delays to the operational team
  • Create pivot tables to summarise outputs
  • Build positive relationships with internal departments, suppliers and clients
  • Monitor and identify issues and trends
  • Maintain and update our in-house administration systems
  • Contribute ideas which will improve our ability to provide exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good attention to detail when comparing data between systems
  • Ability to extract data and manipulate outputs between systems
  • Ability to build positive working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication via verbal/email output
  • Experience of administration and good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Access
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work
  • Able to work to deadlines, with the ability to react to changes in a fast-paced environment
