About your future role
You´ll be executing administrative churns execution across all SME Commercial products and ensuring correct logging and monitoring of churn. You´ll be part of the Merchant Services business and we handle all our B2B customers through in- and outbound calls from and to existing customers in order to prevent customer turnover regarding Payment Terminals and International Acquirer Agreements.
The team consist of 12 people in this Danish team and is based in our offices in Ballerup.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Administrative churn execution and gatekeeping of unnecessary systematic churn - hereunder understanding churn tendencies
Handle ingoing and outgoing calls
Responsible for written requests - creating leads to your retention colleagues

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
Experience within retention or a sales function with a proven track record
Quality conscious and know how to deliver and increase the quality of our customer experience
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to stay professional in stressful situations
Comfortable with numbers
Fluent in both the English and Danish languages is a requirement
