Key responsibilities
Assisting with all general day to day tasks in the office such as
- answering phone calls
- replying to emails
- filing
- clerical tasks
- generating reports
- cashing up
- account recons
Key requirements
- knowledge of office systems
- knowledge of office equipment such as switchboards, printers etc
- knowledge of Microsoft office
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and wok with minimum supervision.
Minimum Experience
the candidate must possess the following-
- Computer literacy
- Retail experience will be an added advantage.
- proper command of English
Special Requirements
- Candidate must be prepared to put in extra hours when needed.
- Resilience
- Ability to work under pressure and have high energy levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
