Admin Assistant


 

Key responsibilities

Assisting with all general day to day tasks in the office such as

  • answering phone calls
  • replying to emails
  • filing
  • clerical tasks
  • generating reports
  • cashing up
  • account recons

Key requirements

  • knowledge of office systems
  • knowledge of office equipment such as switchboards, printers etc
  • knowledge of Microsoft office
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • ability to multitask and wok with minimum supervision.

Minimum Experience

the candidate must possess the following-

  • Computer literacy
  • Retail experience will be an added advantage.
  • proper command of English

Special Requirements

  • Candidate must be prepared to put in extra hours when needed.
  • Resilience
  • Ability to work under pressure and have high energy levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
